I need guidance of yours.
AS you can see in the salary components their is net pay which i guess calculated via ctc of the employee- 3,36,000 INR.
Formula used earlier- ctc / 12
But like this got filled automatically how can i set the basic, HRA, Special Allowance tabs to filled automatically.
Or i need to enter the amount every single time ?
2nd. Do i need to create separate components for each employees ?

create salary components by formuale and define type Earning or Deduction. The ‘base’ is the amount which take from Salary Structure Assignment. use base in formula.

in salary structure assignment choose emoloyee, salary structure , date means form which date it is applicable on employye i suggest it choose from 1st of month or date of joining of employee
and in base field put amount of monthly package of employee which is ctc/12
this is base field where your component calculated
