Helpdesk app installed from the develop
branch fails to load, but the version-14
branch works perfectly on the same setup.
I’ve installed the Frappe Helpdesk app from its develop
branch on my site:
helpdesk.tbo365.cloud
, running inside a self-hosted Frappe Cloud instance (Press-managed, bench: bench-test
).
After successful app installation and bench deployment via the GUI, the Helpdesk page fails to render correctly.
- Site is running on Frappe v15
- Helpdesk app works fine when installed from the
version-14
branch - The issue only occurs with the
develop
branch - Bench has been deployed successfully (confirmed via GUI)
- There’s no terminal access, so we rely on Frappe Cloud’s build pipeline
Could someone from the Frappe team or the Helpdesk app maintainers confirm:
- Whether the
develop
branch is compatible with self-hosted Frappe Cloud? - If not, are there build steps that must be added to make it work in self hosted frappe cloud environments?
