Hi All,
I installed Frappe Helpdesk (main branch) and configured email account, customers, contacts as mentioned in the documentation. I noticed a couple of issues:
- There was no option to invite a contact as a user (to access customer portal) inside the Helpdesk UI. I had to go to the desk and then to contacts to invite the contacts as users manually.
- Those invited users, when logged in, gets taken to the profile page. Not to the helpdesk (my-tickets) pages. From what I experienced, customers have to manually enter the /helpdesk part in the URL to go to the helpdesk customer portal. Am I missing something here or is that a limitation?
Appreciate your help and suggestions on this. If there are gaps, I’m happy to contribute to the project as well.
