I want to remove the Administrator “detailed explanation“ comment box shown in the image.
I tried hiding all the “text editor“ fields I could see from both HD ticket template and HD ticket from customize forms and cleared cache and refreshed when necessary but the box remains persistent. Am i hiding the wrong field altogether or is this something that can be changed only form the backend code (if so, how to do it)
Where do we see what fields are shown in the popup to quick-create a ticket
