My instance of Helpdesk is not refreshing / updating Tickets in realtime.
We need to click the refresh button in order to see new tickets.
Is that normal? or is Helpdesk supposed to work with socketio to show new tickets in real time?
Some Apps like Frappe Chat and Helpdesk do not work in realtime on my hand. I wonder if that is normal.
Would be nice to have a list of all the feautures that socketio is currently providing in Frappe / Erpnext.
