I’ve been using and testing Frappe for the past month and have successfully installed the Frappe Helpdesk on my localhost (WSL Ubuntu).
Frappe Framework: v15.40.3 (version-15)
Helpdesk: v0.10.0 (develop)
I need some guidance regarding the sign-up process for customers. When I sign up at this link, the sign-up form only accepts a user name and email. After submitting, I receive a pop-up message stating, “Please ask your administrator to verify your sign-up.”
I would like to know how to disable this pop-up message or bypass the admin verification step so that users receive a temporary password via email immediately after signing up.
Please note that sign-up will be limited to customers (new users), as I will create user profiles/accounts for internal users using portal.
