Hide document from user

Hey guys ,
I get somthing trouble

In the picture , this is my new user, Iron man,
his role is “sales user” .

and , he can see Account, CRM,selling, stock,Tools module

Q1: I want to remove his Account module ,how can I do it (pic1)?

Q2: I want remove out his doctype, how can I do it (pic 2)?

To remove doctype , You will have to make changes in accounts.py file .
In that file, remove the desired doctype, it will not get displayed after removing.
