Hiding help Menu

Dear all,
How do I hide Help menu, I tried updating it startup.js but it is not getting affected!!!

Did you rebuild after updating startup.js? lib/wnf.py -b

And I guess we have discussed before, but if you are not maintaining a public fork of what your are doing, then we have very little motivation to help you. Maintaining this publicly not only does it help us in understanding what you are doing wrong but also is a requirement of the GPL license.
