About the project
Machinery parts distribution company in Morocco. ERPNext v15 self-hosted on Docker with Cloudflare Zero Trust. The system needs custom business logic for stock flux management, billing controls, real-time inventory, and machine-client traceability.
What we need (9 milestones)
Flux Management — Sales Invoices (Formal/Informal logic, blocking rules)
Flux Management — Purchase Receipts
Flux Management — Purchase Invoices
Real-time quantity tracking per item
Sous Groupe quantity tracking
UI controls, document locking, auto-refresh multi-user
Machine-Client traceability system (custom DocTypes)
Custom reports (Stock + Intelligent Reorder)
Data import from Excel/CSV
Requirements
ERPNext certified or official Frappe partner
Strong experience with Server Scripts, Client Scripts, Custom DocTypes
All user-facing messages must be in French
Fixed price per milestone — no hourly billing
Server access
Full access provided: ERPNext interface + bench console via SSH. NDA required before start.
