How a user can order from Website on behalf of the customer?

Hi,

I have a use case where we want that Sales Team should create a Sales Order from the website for existing Customers. Actually, I am not able to create order from website for existing customer. When I tried to create the order existing list of customer is not accessible on the website whereas system asks me to create the new Address/Customer for the same.

Is there any way that we can do this?

@ruchin78 You can create New Order form Desk and it will be shown in Customer Order details if customer is logged in using Website.

My requirement is quiet different I want a user can order for any one.

We don’t want any customer to login to site and buy.

@ruchin78 you can make order from Desk, no need to login in website

not necessarily correct way. If we are doing customization in webpages which are important to be used. desk user user will take much longer time to place order. manually creating quoation and than making sales order takes much more time. where a in website you just need to select product and click few times.
