How add new Search fields in searching a customer in Address Form?

Hi,
I would like to search two main field in the Address form : Phone and Email ID. And i did add these fields into the Customize Form View. But, when i perform the serch = +6xxxxxx in Address ; not able to find the right record display. Am i missing any steps of configuration??

Should work. Maybe the address query is overridden.

Hi,
Well, it is not working here.
The final search result list default to “ID” field, which this ID field is a Customer Name.
I cant attached the images here for references ??

Anywhere, Is there anything other configuration needed ?

Did you set the “Search Fields” properties from Customize Form view? Its not clear from your earlier question/
