I am experiencing issues with taxation in sales transactions. Since I mostly use the 20% tax rate, I set a 20% template as the default for Sales Taxes and Charges Template based on Net Total, which works fine. However, when I want to assign a different tax rate, for example 10%, to a product, I am unable to do so. Even if I assign tax rates to each product on my product page, the 20% template still remains active, and I end up with both the product’s default tax deduction and the tax from the template being applied.

I have not used it myself, so YMMV.
You may have to uncheck the default template in Sales and Charges.
But I need to create account heads in the chart of accounts based on the different tax rates applied. For example, for 5% tax, the rate should be set to 5, and I should track it under the 5% tax account in the chart of accounts. As far as I understand from the document, the 4% tax account head uses different rates and tracks them under a single account.
