How can I Blacklist an Employee in Frappe HRMS?

  1. I have 3 employees that I want to blacklist. Is there a way I can do this?
    also,
  2. Is there a way I can lock their attendance and payroll for a given period like Jan 1 to 18th?

I am new to frappe, if you have any idea on any of the above qns, any help is much appreciated.
