How can I correct the error "You don't have permission to get a Report on: Lead

Hello everyone.

Please I need someone to tell me how I can correct the system error
“You don’t have Permission to get a Report on: Lead”.

I restricted User A from Seeing the Lead created by User B by setting the Permission below:

But whenever User A Or User B try to access Report, the system will display below error:

" You don’t have Permission to get a Report on: Lead"

Please how can I resolve this error?
