How can I fetch Selling Price from DocType Item?

So I’ve already set the selling price in Item Price and already have 2 fields in a new doctype form namely:

1. Item Name (linked from Item Doctype)
2. Item Price (based on Item Name)

I tried to fetch the Standard Selling Rate but it doesn’t generate the selling rate or the Item price of that specific Item.

Can anyone help me how to fetch item price from another doctype.

Need to set the price upon Item creation.
