I have been trying to create a leave application and this error keeps on showing up everytime

Please update the series number. so please go to the Document Naming Settings.

Okay. I shared the version 15 image.

In Version 13, Please go to the Naming Series and set it according to the image that I provided. some functionality is different so check it accordingly.
