How can i make input field in frappe builder

I am building a page for viewing tickets for asset maintenance
there will be a field which takes the ticket number or phone number and shows the tickets
so how can i make a input field in frappe builder and add onClick event on it

You can change from Tag Selection, select Input & Input Type as Number
