how can i take an action in system if an employee came late and made ealy leave or more than 1 day aps without approval how to create penalty and send alert for an employee and made deduction if action applied to him
Work with the “Attendance”, “Employee Checkin” in HRMS → Shift & Attendance
Then by the end of the month use the “Monthly Attendance Sheet” in Reports.
I can already say if you are looking for a more independent solution directly connected to salary you will need some custom programming.
