How can we do pricing rule by UOMs

I need to insert UOM to pricing rule and apply that to sales invoice.

How do we do?

There is no place to apply discount rule on UOM s in V11

I have updated to V12 and testing pricing rule.
But getting this MSG
Any help on this?
