How can we give header footer to all printformat page if table content increased

Hello i have design header and footer using html. I have added that in printformat. When table content increases and it goes to another page then that header and footer is not coming on second page what to do in this case?.

Hi @pm23,

Please set it in Print Settings. Only worked for the PDF.

please install the correct / latest version of wkhtmltopdf with qt patched
