How to change this labels colour, doctype is newly created
AFAIK, tag colors are generated based on the tag text … it’s a harcoded behavior.

Don’t worry about it 
On version 14 we have document state, this feature allows you to define or customize the colors of the statuses of your documents.

Oh, yes, sorry @nilpatel42 @Aadhil_P_M is right. My mistake.
I thougth you were talking about doctype tags, not statuses, saw this on mobile phone and didn’t realize.
I think some colors like “Complete”, “Success”, “Cancelled” etc … are actually automatic by code, but it is configurable as @Aadhil_P_M says.
