How do i keep my check field mandatory tick?

I want check field to stay tick in all scenario.

Please set in your doctype Customize Form, open the check field, and set 0 → 1 in the default option.

Yes it is already set on 1.
The problem is, in some condition it is mark as tick and in some condition it is not.

I want it to stay tick in all condition.
