How do I select the Item Default Warehouse during Item creation? (v13beta-production)

As I create Items in my system I want to tell the system which warehouse will be the default for each item.

I want perishable items to go into the perishable warehouse and non-perishable items to go into the regular products warehouse. I want to be able to tell the system which warehouse to use as I create the item.

I do not see a field for this in the Item master as I am creating the new Items.

Am I missing something?
