How do i use dual languages in ERPNEXT

I wanted to have dual language in erpnext as shown in the picture. I want to achieve this in report .Is it possible to achieve this? If yes how do i do it?

@NCP is it possible to translate only a field’s value with any frappe’s built in method?

Try with a custom print format, I’m not sure if it works or not.

There is only one way and a good way, make a custom print format with HTML, and in your print format use your desired language static value.
