How do we get the Item Tax Rate and Item Tax Amount in the Purchase and Sales Invoice DocType tables for items?

We need to be able to see the Item Tax Rate as well as the Item Tax Amount in the items table of the Purchase and Sales Invoices while creating it.

Can you customize the Purchase Order Item form and unhide the relevant fields? When you expand the Item in the Invoice the tax rate and amount should appear.
