How long does it usually take for Marketplace to release a version of my app?

Hi everyone,

I have published my apps on the Marketplace.
For each version and the related branch, I’ve specifed a certain commit, which is then submitted for review. My question is whether anyone knows how long this takes, because my apps have been waiting for a so long that I have to cancel some submissions in order to resubmit the most recent version.

In the picture, you can see what it looks like. Almost the same status for >2 weeks

How long does it usually take, or is anyone familiar with the needed time on this?
I couldn’t find any information about it in the documentation.

Extra:
I would like to say right away that I would have liked to create a support ticket first, but a support ticket requires you to specify a site, even if it is not marked as such.
There seems to be a display bug, because for the “Marketplace” selection, I should not have to select a site when there is no actual site that is affected.

If you take a look at Frappeverse India 2025 (https://youtu.be/ChNsxO_79P8?t=29897) at around 8:18:17 I think Frappe is working on revamping marketplace
That could be one reason for the delay

Thanks for the info. I didn’t know that the review process still involved so much “manual work,” but it’s good to hear that the whole process is being accelerated. And that we will soon have automated a large part of it.

I’ll have to be patient a little longer :smiley:

I think raising a support ticket is the right approach, it has worked for me in the past. Maybe just create a dummy site or select a different category (e.g. Frappe Cloud).
