How make some fields mandatory in Job Card based on the item getting manufactured?

While manufacturing certain products we have a need to make a few fields mandatory in Job Card.

For example when the BOM Palette is being manufactured user has to enter/select Employee.

How can we define such a rule?

When you customize the Job Card form there is an option “Mandatory Depends On” where you can specify whether it is mandatory or not.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I have already done that but I want this rule to kick in only when the item being manufactured is Palette. For other items it is not necessary.

How to do that?
