How to access Activity data of document?

I want to read data of table which stores Activity in ERPNext using query report and generate custom report.

What is the name of table which stores such log? I want to write script on it and get the relevant report.

Data will be stored in the version doctype, so open the version doctype and check it.

Activity pertaining to attachments (and various other comment types) is stored in the Comment doctype.
