How to add a condition to mark half day if an employee comes late consecutively on 4th day?

Hi,

I wanted to set the following condition:

  • If an employee comes late and marks his attendance consecutively on 4th day, the employee’s attendance must automatically be marked as “Half Day” on the 4th day.

Please provide a solution for this. If it requires a custom script to make this possible, what should be code to write this.
