How to add a custom description on item

Hi,

I need to add a customized (Brief) description on items in sales invoice,
and its like i need to add different description on same item in sales invoice.

Please let me know

there is a “Description” field in the item document. It gets automatically populated from the Item Code (Or maybe Item Name) but you can add a custom Description.

You also can edit the description individually in the line of a PO or SINV when you open the line and then change the content of the Description field. This will only change the description in that specific Document, The description with revert to what is written in the item master for the next Invoice.
