I am not able to add signature, and can i add user wise signature?

Within user doctype, email signature option is available which can be used to have it printed on any doctype as well.

Yes, you can add a signature in Frappe Helpdesk.
- For a user-wise signature: Go to User → User Profile → Email Signature.
- For a common signature: Go to Email Account → Signature.
This way, each agent can have their own signature, or you can set a global one.
I have configured both user-specific signatures and a common signature. However, when I reply to a ticket from the web UI, the outgoing email does not include any signature.
I am using the following version:

Use one signature template and let each user add their own name and details.
If user-wise signatures are not available, this keeps things clean, consistent and easy to manage.
If this is specific to Frappe Helpdesk, then currently you will have to manually type each time. However, this is on our roadmap and should be done by March.
