It is very difficult to identify the exact issue without checking into data and codebase, as we can't replicate it at our end. You should try to debug using console.log() in sales_browser.js file.

Or, you check the output of this query from mysql (lib/wnf.py --mysql):

In this query, except one record, all records should have a parent_item_group.

Hi.

You can use console.log function to print values at different points in sales_browser.js, especially in the click function specified in the init method of erpnext.SalesChart.

Once you make changes, you will have to use Tools > Clear Cache & Refresh for changes in the file to take effect.

Thanks,
Anand.

Hi.

You can use console.log function to print values at different points in sales_browser.js, especially in the click function specified in the init method of erpnext.SalesChart.

Once you make changes, you will have to use Tools > Clear Cache & Refresh for changes in the file to take effect.

Thanks,
Anand.

hi,
I
run
select name, parent_item_group from `tabItem Group`
it shows me:

+ ----------------- + ------------------- +
| Name | parent_item_group |
+ ----------------- + ------------------- +

| All Item Groups | NULL |
| Consumable | All Item Groups |

| Products | All Item Groups |
| Raw Material | Products |

| Services | All Item Groups |
| Sub Assemblies | All Item Groups |

+ ----------------- + ------------------- +
so this is a display problem!
how can I debug sales_browser.js?

thank you
regards

Or, you check the output of this query from mysql (lib/wnf.py --mysql):
select name, parent_item_group from `tabItem Group`

In this query, except one record, all records should have a parent_item_group.
The root records, ie. All Item Groups should have parent_item_group as NULL.

Thanks,
Anand.

It is very difficult to identify the exact issue without checking into data and codebase, as we can't replicate it at our end. You should try to debug using console.log() in sales_browser.js file.

Hello,

Item Group creation is working well at our end.

It might be the cross browser issue. Please access our system in Chrome or Firefox.
