How to add Birthday Notification with Greetings

I enabled the birthday reminder, But I want to add greetings in the mail and how to write the condition in notification list

Thanks for sharing custom method and I did try myself and it is working for me. By the way its my birthday hoping for unique birthday gift to arise.
