How to add image in sidebar in doctype?

I want to add image in the doctype same with item, customer , employee how can we achieve that ?

same as that i created a new doctype but i cant figure out how to add side bar image . please help thanks !!!

You need to change field type to Attach Image, and fill Image field on Doctype View Settings
