How to add Team based permission for any Record

Hello,
We want that a different team should be able to access only the records that have been assigned to them.
For Example, Hyderabad Team should only be able to access customers who are from Hyderabad, and Bangalore Team should only be able to access customers who are from Bangalore.

using form the left sidebar

For this specific example, use Territories.

Assign customers to Territories and then give each team member permission for only their Territories.
