How to adjust the asset life for a submitted one?

Hi,

Is there a chance to increase the life of an asset even the asset is submitted and already the depreciation has been scheduled.

You can do so by;

  1. update respective asset category for the age of the asset and periodicity of depreciation.
  2. go to particular asset and run asset value adjustment
  3. new value will work with age coming right from updated asset category
  4. New depreciation schedule will be defined along with any gain or loss accounting.
