How to allocate leaves to employees after completion of their probation period?

Hello,
I want to allocate leaves to employees after completion of their 6 months probation period calculating from their joining date. Does anyone have an idea how it is possible?

Use the Leave Policy Assignment .
set the “Assignment based on” as blank, then set the Effective From after 6 months of employee joining manually and Effective To date manually
