How to allow user to interact with Query Report Table?

Hello,

Are there any possibilities of being able to allow user to interact with Query Report Table?

I want to add three buttons to every row and when user clicks on a button I want to show a Dialog to take users input and then do some processing.

How to allow user to interact with Query Report Table?
