How to assign shift to multiple employees in erpnext, frappe

I want to assign multiple employees in the same shift. So i don’t want to assign one by one. How can I achieve multiple assignment?
Another things is , in our company shift changed weekly basis. Like “Shift A” Employees will be worked “Shift B” from next week and “Shift B” will be worked “shift A”. Can anyone give a better solution for that.
