How to avoid save event auto trigger when we attach document to the doctype

Hi,

I need to get the employee image as an attachment. When I attach the file, it triggers the save event automatically. This leads to mandatory field error message to popup. This is creating inconvenience. Please help.

Using Frappe Version 14
