How to Change Asset Department and Location once Submitted

Once a user has submitted an Asset with Location and Department. After some time when the Department and Location of the Asset has been changed, how to change the Location and Department of a Submitted Asset.

Example scenario: IT Department has a Computer in Location L1, and after a month that Computer will be transferred to another Department which is Location L2 in Education Department. How to update that already added Asset in the ERPNext V14 system ? I saw that many users have encountered this exact same issue, just wanted to get an update about this critical issue.

Check Asset Movement

Asset movement Allow the Asset to Move the Asset from One Location to another Location, Location to Employee, employee to another employee or employee to location.

But the user is not able to move the Asset from one Department to another Department. It seems like a bug. Department is a field that is enabled by default in the Asset module and it is literally not usable at all.
