How to change naming_series in ERPNext Version 14?

Hi there,
I try to setup our item list by creating the different parts.
We have a clear item identifier “MS######” which should be automatically count up when a new item is created. “naming_series” seems to be a nice solution, see Naming Series, but I can’t configure it in version 14 .
Do you know where I can find it?

Setup: ERPNext: v14.13.0 Frappe Framework: v14.23.0
