How to change url in email notification

When I assign a new task to someone (for example, [email protected]), Alex receives an email notification. This email includes a hyperlink with the text ‘Open Document,’ which is intended to direct them to the assigned task’s link.

However, although the ‘Open Document’ text is clickable, it redirects to ‘http://frontend/app/atask/task-2025-00024’ instead of the correct task link. I have explored the settings within each UI menu but have been unable to find a solution. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Add the following lines to the site_config.json file to define the site URL and host name:

"site_url": "your-site-name",
"host_name": "your-site-name"

Hey, thanks for sharing that. However, is this the correct method to add the domain URL? Is there a way to do this in the GUI?

There is not a way to do this in the GUI, but there is in the CLI. The preferred way to set this is from the bench set-url-root command:

  Set URL root for site

Options:
  --help  Show this message and exit.
