How to clear the report Start Year and End Year value on the User Log In

Hello,
In the Profit and Loss Statement report, the start year and end year values should be cleared when the user or administrator logs in. is this possible .

Because " —Insufficient Permission for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 " Thats why i am clearing this field And This problem occurs for all user logins (Diffrent company).

It looks like this is hard-coded into the core report.

Perhaps as a workaround you can use a custom link to:
app/query-report/Profit%20and%20Loss%20Statement?filter_based_on=

If you’d like to leave the company blank as well:
app/query-report/Profit%20and%20Loss%20Statement?&company=&filter_based_on=
