How to configure mail to get reply mails

Hi,

I have configured my gmail account and mails are sending. But the reply mail are not received and shown in the history.

I am appending replies to COMMUNICATION.
Sending mail from LEADS.
I want to show the reply mail under each leads.

Please help

We have the same problem, we miss the reply in leads!
