How to configure permissions that all employees see attendance of others

We like to be transparent with the attendance of other employees. How I have to configure the permissions that all employees have visibility to the attendance of other employees. We like to avoid to see more than the general status of the employee.

Open Customise form of the attendance

In the employee field tick a check box Ignore User Permissions , as mentioned in below images

Enable a check box Ignore User Permissions


But then all have also permissions to see the content of the single entries. We only like to share the presence/absence and not the detailed reasons.
