I have read multiple questions regarding separation of Frappe HR from ERPNext but it is not possible.
I have build an app with which I want to provide user access to HRMS but do not want to give access to other features of ERPNext.
How to configure User rights so that a user can only access HRMS and cannot not access other parts of ERPNext?
First, you have to make an HRMS Module Profile.
Same thing applies to Role Profiles.
Assign Module Profile and Role Profile.

Regarding your question here is a possible solution is
search role list in search bar there you can find hr under hr role and permission only access him the moduels you want him to access after that he cannot access any other role
