How to control the display of total number of records in list View

Hi Guys ,

Is there a way to control the number of records to be displayed while opening a doctype ? I have more than 2000 production orders and when I open the production order doctype it takes ages to open since all the records are getting displayed . How do I control this for example I want only the last 20 records to get displayed and when clicking on the 500 button in the bottom the remaining records and so on .

Hello,

You just need to switch to 20 records once. This preference will be saved for your ERPNext account. Next time, it shall only load 20 records at first.
