How to create a DocType

I have gone through documentation to create a DocType and done accordingly but did not find any menu or create option to create the records for that model.

Is there any way to create a model or DocType, add fields from backend i.e. from coding

You have to add newly created doctype link in respective module i.e. in modules.py file.
