How to create a paginated and filterable list of a particular doctype on the home page?

Hi ,

I am trying to create a tender management system with frappe for which I have created the relevant doctypes. I would like the vendors/web users to be able to see the list of all tenders when they go to the home page like in https://tender.bt . Basically, I am trying to replicate what they have created. Thanks
